Hundreds of people gathered at the high school, the alma mater of alyssa byrne. She was found in the snow this morning, almost four days after she went missing. We have several reports tonight. Many left behind candles and notes and flowers and told us how devastating this loss is to the community. She was always smiling and laughing. She was the kind of person who lived her own life. It breaks my heart to see her gone. Shes an amazing person. Reporter those who knew 19yearold alyssa byrne, and even some who did not, gathered at her alma mater to honor her. The teenager who graduated in 2011 disappeared in South Lake Tahoe where she was with some friends for new years. Her body was found this morning. We learned some of the coworkers took some of the food home which contained pot and the teacher unbeknownst gave it to one of their children who ate the pot also. Now well tell you we obtained this letter also that went home to parents today about the teacher. This is 47yearold teresa badger, a veteran first grade teacher here at turner elementary. This evening we spoke to parents who are surprised to hear that badger was surprised to learn someone laced food. On november 21st, badger attended a pot luck dinner. She brought food that had marijuana on it. Reporter the item made at least two of the people at the party sick. And they werent the only ones. One of the attendees took some of the food home and their 15yearold juvenile ingested this food and became ill. Still kind of flabbergasted and shes a great person and a great lady. Oakland police are under pressure to track down four killers after four people were killed in the span of a few hours yesterday afternoon. The shootings reached different neighborhoods of that city from west oakland to deep east oakland and all took place within a timespan of about six hours. This is the scene from the last deadly shooting which happened around 8 15 last night, not far from bishop odowd high school. The man was pronounced dead at the scene. Police say they believe all four homicides are gang related, and they have not made any arrests in any of those cases. San jose police have made another arrest in the beating death of a 14yearold boy last year. 31yearold joe was arrested thursday on murder charges. Investigators say he was hiding out in an apartment complex there. Police say he was the last suspect wanted in the death of reyes who was attacked
