A 65-year-old Port Macquarie man was charged with sexually touching a child under 10. Bail granted with strict conditions. Court adjourned to July 18.

Kirean Allan George Wright, 29, was denied bail for unlawfully entering and stealing property from the Forestry Corporation of NSW.

Police say they found a balaclava and hammer at the scene.

The prosecution described the charges as "extremely serious offences".
