murder charges against the doctor. we spoke with the deputy d.a. by phone earlier this morning. she tells us that her office first had doubts about their case against the doctor back in july, which is why they released him then with the understanding they wanted to re-examine certain aspects of the case before this afternoon s hearing. this morning she said they reached a decision to drop the charges against the doctor, in quote, the interest of justice, unquote. his friend, galvez, still stands accused of stabbing to death the doctor s wife. this happened inside their gilroy home on april 1st. she showed the d.a. documents that proved galvez is a con man. those are her words, who was trying to swindle the two out of their condo located in ecuador. when galvez went to close the door on the sale of property, he killed her on his own without being hired to do so by the doctor as the district attorney s office first alleged. i represent an innocent client. i mean, he s 100% in
