ASHLAND – The Select Board on Monday plans to change the date of Town Meeting and election for voters to decide if the Public Safety Building project and the David Mindess Elementary School rebuild should move forward. The Select Board plans to change Town Meeting to Saturday, Jan. 23, and the town election to Jan. 27.  Any change pushes both votes back two weeks.
