A federal judge granted the online gaming company a preliminary junction on Tuesday to keep former executive Michael Hermalyn from accessing VIP clients in his new position at Fanatics Sportsbook.

Hermalyn left DraftKings days before the Super Bowl in February, and Kobick’s Feb. 8 ruling did not bar him from working for Fanatics.

Newcomer to the legal sports betting industry is backing its new VIP lead Michael Hermalyn in a nasty legal battle.

I don't know if that's a good or a bad thing at this point considering the lay of the streaming land.
