On Monday, Good Morning America aired their delayed ABC News/ESPN exclusive interview with transgender swimmer Lia Thomas, who switched genders and crushed actual female swimmers to win an NCAA Division I Swimming title. And, as predicted, the Disney-owned channel largely laid it on thick for Thomas.

University of Pennsylvania transgender swimmer Lia Thomas said, "I dont need anybodys permission to be myself and to do the sport that I love," on Tuesday and opened up about seeking to represent the United States in the Olympic Games.

The 22-year-old broke her silence on Good Morning America on Tuesday where she also revealed hopes to compete for America in the Olympics.

A sympathetic Good Morning America interview provided trans female NCAA swimming champion Lia Thomas a chance to hit back at critics who say she's 'a threat to women's sports.'

In a new documentary about gender ideology that will air tomorrow night, the anonymous teammates said they were told never to question Lias place and that doing so sealed their fate.

Swimmer Lia Thomas insisted Tuesday that male-to-female transgender athletes pose no threat to women's sports, arguing that losing races, team slots and scholarships is "part of athletics."

Two doctors told The New York Times that Lia Thomas has an unavoidable biological advantage because she was born male.
