A New York dad who killed his 14-year-old honor roll student daughter in a shocking murder-suicide bought the 20-guage shotgun just two weeks before the tragic shooting.

Upstate New York police were called to the home of Christopher Wood, who apparently killed his daughter and himself in a Jan. 20 murder-suicide, twice since March 2022.

Authorities say Christopher Wood, 51, told his wife "This is how it ends for us" in an ominous phone call before shooting his 14-year-old daughter Ava dead and then turning the gun on himself.
