A new lawsuit is claiming negligence, carelessness and recklessness inside a Buffalo nightclub. The lawsuit was filed Monday against Club Marcella by a man who said he was shot inside the nightclub.

After the fourth shooting at or around Club Marcella this year, the City of Buffalo has shut down the popular nightclub.

Speaking exclusively to the 7 News I-Team, Club Marcella owner Joe Marcella, insists his security protocols at the club are working.

Three people were shot — one fatally — inside Club Marcella at 2:30 a.m. on Feb. 12. That — and prior bad experiences — have left many UB students and Buffalonians hesitant to return.&nbsp&#x3B;
