Harrisburg fire displaces 4 people Updated 2:39 PM; Two adults and two children were displaced after a Saturday morning fire in Harrisburg, authorities said. Dauphin County dispatch said the fire began around 8:30 a.m. on the 1100 block of North Second Street. The building where the fire began is comprised of apartments, according to WGAL.
