Conservative commentator Steven Crowder reportedly sent his staffers NDAs with $100,000 breach-of-contract penalties after reports revealed Crowder allegedly exposed his genitals in the workplace.

The departures come after Steven Crowder was accused of facilitating bullying, inappropriate drug use, and lewd workplace misconduct at "Louder with Crowder."

One lawsuit described a work atmosphere of drinking, drug use and sexual harassment. Another accused the group of failing to pay overtime.

One former employee described the conservative group as having a “highly sexualized” atmosphere where drinking and drug use were commonplace.
