LLC linked to Valvoline service centers chain pays $4.5M for Farmington office building
A limited liability company headed by Litchfield businessman Mark Greenberg recently sold a 32,575-square-foot office building in Farmington for $4.5 million. The buyer was a limited liability company headed by the president of a large chain of Valvoline service stations. Litchfield-based Two Mile Road Realty Associates LLC sold 8 Two Mile Road to Barnard Park LLC in a $4.5 million deal logged by the town on May 10.
