Cates, 35, is wanted on two warrants from the Sheriff's Office: a felony warrant alleging failure-to-comply on charges of vehicular eluding, possession of a weapon as a previous offender and DUI with no set bond and a misdemeanor warrant alleging unauthorized absence with a $2,500 bond.
