Visiting Judge Cynthia Arvant of 41B District Court in Clinton Township sentenced Ben Liston to 60 days in jail, $11,000 in restitution and over $3,000 in fines and costs and then sentenced William Weber, an Eric Smith business associate, to two years probation both for their roles in the case involving Smith for which Smith was sentenced last month.
