Zerodhas founder Nithin Kamath made a public appearance at Zero1 fest after a mild stroke. The billionaire shared that he is slowly getting back to normal after the health crisis. He had suffered a big droop in the face due to the stroke and which has also impaired his reading and writing ability.

Entrepreneur Dilip Kumar recently addressed the "crazy theories" that surfaced online after Zerodha co-founder and Chief Executive officer (CEO) revealed that he suffered a mild stroke six weeks ago.

A high-intensity lifestyle, whether emotional, physical or intellectual, increases vulnerability to sudden events. "The current lifestyle in pursuit of over-performance increases the risk of injury - be it emotional or organ-specific - the most common being heart attack, stroke, premature onset of hypertension and diabetes," Dr Girish B Navasundi said.
