Marmara Üniversitesi Öğretmenlik Bölümü Mezunu. 2008 yılından beri Bağcılar Belediyesi’nde Engelliler Sarayında çalışmaktadır. Evli ve iki çocuk babası. Bağcılar Belediyesi Engelliler Spor Kulübü’nde yöneticiliğinin yanı sıra, Bedensel Engelliler Spor Federasyonu Atletizm Milli Takımında gülle atma branşında aktif sporcu olan Hamza Doğan, ülkemizi uluslararası yarışmalarda başarıyla temsil ediyor.
