Milwaukee chef Adam Pawlak, who competed on Foxs "Hells Kitchen" in 2021, is back on TV, this time in a more direct head-to-head contest.

The first location of Egg & Flour Pasta Bar to open outside Milwaukee debuts March 16, inside Metcalfe’s Market at 6700 W. State St., Wauwatosa. Its the third location of the counter-service restaurant that chef-owner Adam Pawlak has opened in two years. The other two are on Milwaukees east side, in Crossroads Collective food hall, 2238 N.
