A Tarrant County grand jury has indicted the mother of missing Everman 6-year-old Noel Rodriguez-Alvarez on multiple charges, including capital murder. Everman police say the indictment will allow authorities to apprehend and extradite Cindy Rodriguez-Singh.

The mayor’s main goal is to know how blessed the city’s kids will be at a new inclusive playground named in the boy’s honor as Noel Angel Alvarez Playground. 

On Tuesday, the City of Everman will vote on a resolution to honor the missing 6-year-old boy who is now believed to be dead.

A search for possible remains of 6-year-old Noel Rodriguez-Alvarez on Saturday was focused within a couple square miles surrounding the shed he lived in with eight family members.

She claims the room was booked for her as part of a job interview by what she says turned out to be a man posing as a CEO of a fictitious company. She told police she found the hidden camera in her room at a Southlake hotel and also claims while she was in the room, two men entered.

Cindy Rodriguez-Singh, the boy's mother, allegedly referred to Noel Rodriguez-Alvarez as "evil" and "possessed," and feared the boy may hurt her newly born twins.
