Staff, parents, politicians and students rallied outside the school Wednesday, demanding more robust information from the Philadelphia School District and sharing grief over their current predicament.

“We still know that we do not have the staffing and resources that we need to address all of these issues,” said Victoria Flemming, the district's interim environmental chief.

Dozens of staff members from Philadelphia public schools that have closed due to asbestos held a rally on Thursday.

The group hailed from Henry and Mitchell elementary schools, and Building 21 and Frankford High — four schools closed by asbestos problems this year.
