one, magnitude 3.9 struck under memorial stadium at about 8:16 tonight. they downgraded it to a 3.8 for you. first one hit southeast of berkeley that was magnitude 4.0 and this one is downgraded to 3.8. now, the latest from the epicenter. reporter: this is almost a repeat of the quake we felt this afternoon. the latest quake struck at 8:16 p.m. like this afternoon s quake it had a preliminary magnitude 4.2 but was downgraded to 3.8. it ended up with a 4.0 magnitude. both quakes were triggered around the memorial stadium. memorial stadium is undergoing major construction. there were no reports of damage from this afternoon. we have yet to hear where there is any damage stemming from tonight. bart as a matter of routine interrupted service agency to give them time to inspect the track. they are experiencing 15 minute delays but no reports of any damage. lilian kim, abc 7 news. we wanted to switch now to the u.s.g.s. and seismologist walter mooney. thanks very much for com
