Sars investigator accused of misconduct in R116m Mol Pro fraud case
The National Prosecuting Authority is withdrawing charges — for the second time — against a company accused of tax fraud involving more than R100m after allegations of irregularities in an investigation by the South African Revenue Service (Sars).
