Wednesday. our fire department in lugoff went from a monitoring status to the alert status. we got equipment in preparation for this. we didnt get the bulk of the rain until late saturday, saturday night, and then of course all day yesterday, sunday, we were inundated with it. over 12 inches of rain or more came in our lugoff area. been working very close with our emergency management station, our emergency management agency here in the county. we tried to make as many preparations as we could, ...
