Monte Nunn's mother remembers her son as loving, funny, ambitious

Tensions boiled over outside a Sacramento County courthouse on Tuesday, where the family of a victim killed by an alleged drunk driver clashed with the suspect's relative.

The first court appearance for an alleged DUI driver in an accident that killed five people was more notable for what happened outside the Sacramento courthouse, as a brawl broke out between families of the victims and the accused.

A fight broke out between family members of the suspect and the victims, and police rushed in to restore order.

Family members say was wanting to return to college before a deadly crash claimed her life and the lives of four others in Sacramento County.

The suspected driver in the crash off Highway 160 in Sacramento County last week that killed five people appeared before a judge for the first time on Tuesday. With emotions running high outside of the courtroom, a family member of the suspect clashed with the family members of a victim.
