Backed up. Reporter jenkins says the karr was running with brake lights on inside. The bodies of twin 26yearold brothers marquise and Maurice Harper. The brothers seen here in a photo given to us by neighbors. Police say they were shot to death hours before they were found. I got the call 8 00 oclock this morning. Okay. And shot straight down here. Andre, says the harper twins are his nephews. They were good men who helped others. Friends say the brothers grew up on the block and stayed close gathering together neighborhood kids for basketball games as a way to stay out of trouble. I told them stay out the streets.
