Firefighters have wrapped up day three of battling the Llano County wildfire that has burned more than 700 acres of land.

The fire started on Thursday due to equipment use and quickly spread. Officials expect it should be completely out in a few days.

A brush fire began burning at a ranch in Llano County Thursday afternoon and has remained active through Sunday morning, according to the Texas A&M Forest Service.

The Moore Peak Fire sparked Thursday, July 13 near Highway 71 and County Road 307, just west of Kingsland.
