Residents in the Museum Fire Flood Area of north Flagstaff saw a second day of flooding Wednesday and this time it was more wide spread. The flooding began at around 2 p.m. with flood waters starting in Mount Elden Estates then the county put Sunnyside, Paradise and Grandview into shelter-in-place.
