Indian Institute of Information Technology, Allahabad (IIIT-A) has secured rank 1,401 worldwide and 46th position in the overall category in the QS World University Ranking 2025. This achievement has placed IIIT-A on the international map, providing students with more research exposure.
The Indian Institute of Information Technology, Allahabad (IIIT-A) has secured a prestigious US NSF-DST joint project funded by the US National Science Foundation and the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India. The project theme focuses on 'Turning Tragedy of the Commons (ToC) into Emergent Cooperative Behavior (ECB) for Automated Vehicles at Intersections with Meta-Learning'. The project involves a multi-institutional collaboration with a young and dynamic team from various institutions, including IIT Jammu and IIIT-M Gwalior. The project aims to work towards innovative solutions in the field of intelligent robotics and automated vehicles.
IIIT-A director Prof Mukul Sharad Sutaone inaugurated the fest and said that this annual event serves as a platform for students to showcase their technical prowess, engage in cutting-edge discussions and foster industry partnerships.
As part of an understanding reached between the Prayagraj police and the IIIT-A, the two have jointly identified areas to better the policing system in the district.
