Multi Alarm Fire News Today

Video and photos shared with NewsCenter 5 show large flames and heavy smoke in a residential area of the Massachusetts city.

A fire at 39th and Broadway last week destroyed almost everything inside of Grimm Tattoo, but artists are already back to work.

The damage left at the strip mall was extensive, with owners fearing a total loss.

The fire was reported just after 9 p.m. on Thursday night.

It took crews at least five hours to extinguish the stubborn flames.

The fire chief says all occupants in the home were able to safely evacuate.

The home was badly damaged by the fire, the cause of which remains under investigation.

Firefighters in Salem were battling a multi-alarm blaze that had spread to multiple buildings.

Officials say the multi-alarm fire was quickly knocked down, but not before the flames caused extensive damage.

A crew of approximately 100 firefighters battled the blaze and helped minimize the damages.
