New affordable units will help fill 'tremendous need' for seniors in Waterloo region
More seniors in Waterloo region are struggling to afford everything from groceries to rent. To help fill a need in the community, a new retirement building being built at Parkwood Seniors Communities in Waterloo is going to offer over two dozen affordable units for seniors.
