City man charged for allegedly selling fentanyl Eric Serious, 32, of 1630 Memorial Avenue, is facing charges related to allegedly selling fentanyl to a confidential informant on Andrews Court on Sept. 4, according to Lycoming County Narcotics Enforcement Unit.
