Ribbon-cutting celebrates completion of nearly $50 million Willmar Wye rail bypass project
After years of planning and construction, the Willmar Wye rail bypass project is finally done. On Tuesday, Oct. 25, the completion was celebrated with a ribbon-cutting with dignitaries from various parties involved in the project on hand.
