Essentially cohen would get time and the question is how much. the mueller part is whats driving it. the fallacy of all that were talking about is that even if cohen were sentenced tomorrow to, you know, four years, three years, or whatever variation that is, hell continue to cooperate with the government. the government has the ability to file, as you know, whats called a rule 35 motion after the fact seeking a reduction in the sentence. so while this didnt happen in a very orderly fashion with...
