Longtime West Chicago City Clerk Nancy Smith dies at 78
Nancy Smith, West Chicagos city clerk for the past three decades, has died. Smith also was a past Commander of American Legion Post 300 and an auxiliary member of VFW Post 6791, both in West Chicago.
