Winona State University is taking steps to becoming the most efficient Minnesota state university with the Leading Energy Savings and Sustainability (LESS) Project.

Winona State University, founded as a teachers’ college in 1858, is set to benefit from $12.3 million worth of upgrades to its southeastern Minnesota campus.
