Fire crews battled two fires Monday morning, one a 3-story home on Main Street and the other a spreading garage fire on Bisbee Street.

Lisbon fire Chief Nathan LeClair said the firefighter received minor injuries and was treated and released at MidCoast Hospital.

Fire crews from more than 20 communities were out between 4:30 and 6 a.m. Saturday fighting fires in Norway and Lisbon, and midday in Strong, as warming centers pop up all over the region to counter arctic temperatures.
