Dimapur, Sep. 11 (EMN): We, The People Abhiyan (WTPA), in collaboration with National Foundation for India (NFI), conducted a in a two-day youth leader training at Hotel Acacia in Dimapur on September 9 and 10. The training was part of the Constitution for Citizens Action (CCA) programme, which aims to address the issues of low levels of citizen empowerment in the country, informed WTPA in a press release. WTPA stated that despite India’s empowering constitutional framework that supports citizen action, most citizens do not have the skills to use the methods available for accessing their rights and entitlements.
