EXCLUSIVE: Tesco is taking legal action against the construction of two new stores in March, Cambridgeshire and Perth , Scotland - and is objecting to a third one in Diss, Norfolk.

Work to build a new Aldi supermarket in Perth has stopped after rival Tesco launched a legal bid. It was given planning consent in June 2022.
