Have to believe news of that is gonna get out in the world. and even if there is no actual conflict of interest, youre not whispering in the corner about how to rule out particular case, i doubt thats happening. but the fact that theyre together fraternizing, i think, creates the perception that the court is not independent and these people are all pals, buddies, drinking partners. it creates a bad look for the court. perception is as important as anything else when it comes to the legitimacy of...
