Nate Gonzalez's "Next Kid Up" nonprofit is known across South Texas for doing good for kids in need – and now, it's recognized as an official 501(c)(3) organization.

Nine-year-old Nate Gonzalez continues collection of toys and sports equipment for CASA of the Coastal Bend.

Gomez told 3NEWS that his wish this holiday season is to make sure that everyone else is happy.

Nate Gonzalez started his toy drive in 2020 after he wanted to give his Christmas presents to children in foster care.
