Western New York boasts one of the largest festival and parade to celebrate the end of slavery in the United States and it's this coming weekend.

Events are scheduled throughout the week in Western New York leading up to the annual pride parade this Sunday.

The celebration will kick off with a flag raising on Tuesday afternoon and culminate with the Pride Parade on Sunday.
