Rain level mark. a few hours ago, were hearing six feet of water going into homes and some of the southern part of our area. so, of course, with it happening overnight, its kind of difficult to really put eyes on everything and assess the damage. whenever possible, try to do some aerial assessment to get a better lay of the land. it definitely seems catastrophic. unfortunately sad to say we may be getting more rain coming our way. >> rosa flores is in houston. rosa, whats the situation youre see...
