The Norwalk wrestling team hit the road for another Saturday Tournament, this time to the Ed Winger Classic in Urbandale. The Warriors placed 5th in a 20-team field with a team score of 123. Waukee was the champion with 217.5. The Warriors had nine wrestlers place in the top eight in their respective weight classes. The Norwalk wrestling team split its matches Thursday evening in a double dual at Dowling Catholic High School against Waukee and the hosting Maroons. The Warriors started the evening with their first dual loss of the season, a 51-18 setback to Waukee. The Warriors were able to bounce back with a 46-29 win over Dowling in the nightcap.
