A 19-year-old West Nipissing resident has been charged following a domestic disturbance Sunday afternoon.
Members from the Nipissing West detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police responded to the call at about 3:15 p.m. at a residence on Cache Bay Road in Sturgeon Falls.

As a result of the investigation, a 19-year-old was arrested and charged with two counts of assault and unlawfully in dwelling house.
The accused was held for bail court and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice this month in West Nipissing.

Two individuals involved in a domestic disturbance face charges of domestic assault.
Ontario Provincial Police from the Nipissing West detachment responded to a call Monday at about 2:35 a.m. of a domestic disturbance at a residence on Holditch Street in Sturgeon Falls.
As a result of the investigation, both parties involved were arrested.
A 37-year-old and a 39-year-old from West Nipissing were both charged with spousal assault.
Both accused were released on an undertaking and are scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Ma, in West Nipissing.
The OPP will not release the name of either accused in order to protect the identity of the victim.
