May 1, 2021 at 8:00 AM HUNTERDON COUNTY, NJ - The Delaware River Scenic Byway is a winner of the 2021 National Scenic Byway Foundations Byway Community Award, event category, for their NJ Clean Communities Annual Delaware River Cleanup, according to a release from the foundation.
