January 22, 2021 MattGush/iStock A 2-year-old girl has been left with serious injuries after she was hit by a car in Santa Rosa. Santa Rosa Police said yesterday that the mother was picking up her daughter at daycare in the area of North Dutton Avenue. The girl pulled away from her mother and ran toward the street in between two parked cars. That’s when another car headed north on Dutton and hit the girl. Police say the driver was not speeding and was not impaired, so he was not charged. ...
