Ballston Spa man dies when vehicle is hit by two tractor-trailers on Northway FacebookTwitterEmail QUEENSBURY  A Ballston Spa man died Thursday night when his car was hit by a tractor-trailer on the Northway and then sent into the path of a second semi truck that also hit it, State Police said. Jacob M. Ladouceur, 29, was headed south on the highway when he changed lanes into the path of a southbound truck driven by Bruno Thibert of Quebec, troopers said. Thibert could not avoid the collision, troopers said. The truck his Ladouceur s vehicle in the rear passenger side, sending the out-of-control vehicle into the right lane where it was hit by a second southbound tractor-trailer, troopers said.

Anton Kuzmenok s spittle did not hit Sgt Craig Hawkes but a spit hood was put over his head and he was arrested for common assault as well as the motoring offence. Prosecutor Eleanor Sheerin told Lynn Magistrates Court on Thursday that door staff at The Globe Hotel had tipped off police about a possible drink-driver just after midnight on September 18. King s Lynn Magistrates Court (39098373) Kuzmenok was stopped in St Ann s Fort. Mr Kuzmenok confirmed that he had been drinking and his last drink was ten minutes before. He also told police at this time that he only had a provisional licence.
