Royal Oak Bourbon Fest The fourth annual Royal Oak Bourbon Fest is on Saturday April 6, 2024. The festival runs in two sessions. Saturday’s first session is from 5:00 pm to 7:30pm and Session two runs from 8:30pm to 11pm. Tickets start at $40.00 (through March 23rd) for General Admission and $100 for VIP.

The 100-year-old building, originally called "The Clairwood," has sat vacant for more than 20 years.
