MAJOR plans to transform a key part of Bournemouth town centre as part of a £200million regeneration scheme have been submitted to planners.

Works are expected to begin in June 2022, if approved, and to finish in June 2026. A risk assessment determined there was a high risk of workers being trapped by materials, however this would be significantly reduced by toolbox talks, putting paths far away from buildings and an isolation of plant working areas.
