In the first quarter of 2024, Indias commercial real estate market witnessed robust growth, fueled by multinational companies and global capability centers. Bengaluru and Hyderabad led leasing activity, with significant contributions from GCCs. Rents stabilized or grew, while vacancies declined to 15.8%, reflecting strong demand and limited new supply. Flexible office space operators also played a significant role, contributing 23% to total transactions.
