The Ministry confirms that several car agencies across the country failed to provide spare parts for consumers within the specified time period.

The Ministry said that the violating company was deviating from the restaurant menu price and limiting consumers’ choices.

MOCI carried out intensive inspection campaigns to monitor the level of supplier (retail outlets) compliance with consumer laws.
