Lancaster County Approves Solar Ordinance After a public hearing last Thursday the Lancaster County Board of Supervisors narrowly adopted an ordinance on solar power. It is to take effect on July 1 st. A special exception request was made by Rappahannock Solar on a property off of Ocran Road near White Stone.
